Zhejiang central headquarters economic center

There are 6 buildings in the phase I project of Zhejiang central headquarters economic center, of which 1 super high-rise building and 3 high-rise buildings are the projects of municipal commercial investment company. It covers a total area of about 51000 square meters and a total construction area of about 290000 square meters. It is developed and constructed by Jinhua duohu Central Business District Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as municipal commercial investment company). The project is planned to take 3-5 years to build a modern service industry comprehensive agglomeration demonstration park integrating business office and technology R & D, data integration and information processing, education and training, distribution and express delivery, cross-border e-commerce commodity display and trading, financial supporting services and business services. The design height of super high-rise building is 190.2m, with a total of 43 floors. Used window opener: 2600 bplk and 80 fire linkage control devices.
