Work requirements before inspection of fire electric device

If it can work normally after configuring the system, the manufacturer shall check the products and parts according to the following requirements before inspection, and check after power on and normal performance of all functions (20 consecutive times). After arriving at the inspection mechanism, it can be powered on and work normally.

Firstly, the inspection company's fire electric device (applicable to the control equipment of fire electric window opener) required by the parts shall provide the connection between the fire electric device and the inspection product and display the polarity. During inspection, the company must provide loads with rated output of 100%, 115% and 150% respectively, and clearly determine the operation method.

Secondly, external terminals need to have clear and durable labels on each terminal, which will be described in the manual according to the specific application.

Third, common requirements

1. Each inspection product requires a power line with a plug. The length of the power line extending to the outside of the product is 2 m. The power line adopts a double shielded flexible cable with a wiring diameter of 2.5 mm. 2 only one power line needs to be used. The connection end of the power line and the product adopt wiring terminals, and the power line needs to be imported / exported on the side of the product.

2. Fire interlocking control signal terminal, feedback signal terminal, feedback signal information upload display fire interlocking control equipment information terminal. Sufficient operating space must be reserved for operable parts installed inside the inspection product to prevent operators from contacting live parts during operation.

3. For example, there is a grounding protection element in the inspection product, such as power input terminal. For example, live terminals.

4. It is required that the external pressure and check that the product is not insulated. If it is not the user manual of the product, the non insulated live terminal shall make an external description of a requirement and explain it through professional design. The circuit schematic connects any part of the document to the housing, and the two finger method clearly connects the inspection product to the inside of the display screen and the location of the housing.
