Dongguan building, located in Hangzhou Binjiang CBD, is a 5A class A office building in Binjiang. The project is located to the north of Jiangnan Avenue, to the east of Jianghong road and to the south of Xinyue Road, close to Binjiang District government and separated from Longhu commercial street. The project is surrounded by Low-carbon Science and Technology Museum, Qianwang shechao square, Binjiang gymnasium and other complete public supporting facilities.

The total land area of the project is 7973 ㎡, the aboveground building area is 31747.3 ㎡, the underground building area is 13413.8 ㎡, and the building height is 98 meters. The main building has 24 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The project was delivered in hardcover in January 2016, and the completed Dongguan building is connected with Hengxin building.
