matters needing attention:

1. Before installation, push out the push rod of the window opener by about 10 cm to facilitate adjustment and installation.

2. Input 24V DC power supply for window opener, and do not connect power supply of other specifications.

3. The push rod is installed in the middle of the window sash.

4. The push rod is installed perpendicular to the window sash, otherwise the window sash will be distorted and deformed.

3、 Precautions

1. Before use, please confirm that the power supply, connection and other matters meet the requirements of the manual. The wrong electrical connection will cause damage to the machine. All fire electric window openers produced by our company are powered by DC24V.

2. Be sure to close the window in rainy days, and try to avoid the electric window opener getting wet.

3. When opening and closing the window, press the corresponding switch button for about 1s and release it without long pressing.

4. Clean the dust on the push rod regularly with oily cleaner. It is recommended to clean it once a month.

5. Regularly check the condition of fixing screws at all parts of the window opener. If they are loose, tighten them in time.

6. If the electric window opener operates abnormally, report for repair in time. Do not press the switch for many times.
