3、 Basic functions:

1. The control box has manual and automatic control modes. In the manual mode, the action of the window opener can be flexibly controlled through the switch buttons in the box, and the "on", "off" and "stop" buttons. In the automatic mode, it can receive the fire linkage signal control from the fire control center, open all window sashes in the fire compartment, send out fire alarm sound, and feed back a group of passive signals to the fire control center.

2. The control box can be equipped with fire emergency button, which can receive the trigger signal of fire emergency button, open all window sashes in the fire compartment, send out fire alarm sound, and feed back a group of passive signals to the fire control center.

3. The control box can meet the priority principle of manual control under automatic working state. Specific operation: in automatic mode, no matter what state the fire linkage is in, the action control of opening, closing and stopping the window opener can be completed through the "on", "off" and "stop" buttons in the box.

4. In order to ensure the reliability of the system and the execution of the fire forced opening command, after the control box system receives the fire linkage control signal or the fire emergency button is triggered, it will always send the window opening command until the fire linkage control signal or fire emergency button is triggered and the system is restored.

4、 Panel indicators and switches:

1. Green "power" light: when the light is on, it indicates that the main power supply DC24V works normally.

2. Green "manual / automatic" light: the light indicates manual / automatic status, the light on indicates automatic status, and the light off indicates manual status.

3. "Manual / automatic" key knob: when the key is rotated to the vertical position, the control box is in manual state, and when it is rotated to the horizontal position, the control box is in automatic state.

4. Red "start" light: when the light is on, it indicates that the control box is commanding the window opener to open or close the window.

5. Red "controlled equipment start" light: when the light is on, it indicates that the window opener is opening or closing the window.

6. Red "fire linkage" light: the light is on and gives a fire alarm sound, indicating that the control box receives the fire linkage control signal or the fire emergency button is triggered.

7. Green "on", "off" and "stop" button indicator light in the box: press the corresponding button, the indicator light is on, the control box executes the corresponding "window opening", "window closing" and "pause" actions, and the light is off after the action is executed.

5、 Operating instructions:

1. Turn the "manual / automatic" key knob on the box panel to the "manual" working state, open the panel cover, and the "power" light is on, indicating that the control system has been turned on.

2. Check whether the "mode status display screen" on the main board in the box shows "3000". If not, press the "+" "-" button under the display screen at the same time, and operate for many times until it shows "3000", and then proceed to the next operation（ General Factory status is "3000")

3. Window opening operation:

Press the green "on" button in the box, the button light is on, the display screen "3000" starts to walk for seconds, and the window opening action ends when the second walking stops. The last three digits of the display screen display "3 * * *" are the running time of the window opening action.

4. Window closing operation:

Press the green "off" button in the box, the button light will be on, the display screen will switch to "6000" and start to walk for seconds. If the walk stops, the window closing action will end, and the last three digits of the display screen display "6 * * *" are the running time of the window closing action.

5. Window opening / closing action time setting: if the second running time has stopped when opening or closing the window, but the window opener is not fully opened or closed, the following operations need to be carried out to adjust the second running time. Press the "+" - "button at the bottom of the display screen at the same time to enter the setting. With multiple presses, the display screen will switch the mode one by one.

When the "2 * * *" mode is displayed, press the "+" button to increase the starting time, and press the "-" button to decrease the starting time;

When the "5 * * *" mode is displayed, press the "+" button to increase the closing time, and press the "-" button to decrease the closing time;

When the "7 * * *" mode is displayed, press the "+" button to increase the second running time of fire linkage, and press the "-" button to reduce the second running time of fire linkage;

When it is displayed and stays in "8888" mode, it means that the window opening or closing action will not be limited by time, and the control box is in normal power supply state.

6. When the "manual / automatic" key knob on the box panel is turned to the "automatic" working state, the panel indicator will show that the "power" light is on and the "automatic" light is on, and the system is in the automatic working state.

7. Fire linkage:

Execute step 6 to make the system work automatically, then you can receive the fire linkage control signal sent by the fire control center. When the control box receives the fire linkage control signal, the main board display screen switches to "3000" and starts to walk for seconds, the "start" light on the panel is on, the "fire linkage" light is on, and there is an alarm sound, It indicates that after the system receives the fire linkage control signal, the control box has executed the control signal sent by the control center and issued the control command. At the same time, when the system opens all window sashes, it feeds back a group of linkage feedback signals to the fire control center.

Post treatment:

Method 1: first release the fire linkage control signal, cut off the main power supply, and then push the main power supply to re supply power after the display goes out and the alarm sound disappears.

Method 2: release the fire linkage control signal and wait for about 5 minutes, and the system will automatically return to normal state.

8. Manual emergency alarm:

When the control box is in automatic state, the control box can be triggered through the manual emergency fire button. When the control box receives the manual trigger signal, the "fire linkage" indicator and "start" indicator on the panel turn on and there is an alarm sound. It indicates that after the system receives the trigger signal of the emergency fire button, the control box has received the control signal sent by the emergency button and issued the control command. At the same time, when the system opens all window sashes, it will send a fire signal to the fire control center.

Post treatment:

Method 1: first release the trigger control signal of the manual emergency button, cut off the main power supply, push on the main power supply after the display goes out and the alarm sound disappears, and then restore the normal state.

Method 2: release the trigger control signal of manual emergency button, wait for about 5 minutes, and the system will automatically return to normal state.

9. Optional weather sensing signal

In case of windy or rainy weather in the automatic state, the control box is triggered through the rain sensor. When the control box receives the trigger signal, the panel "start" light is on and the "close" button light is on, the window sash will complete the closing action.

6、 Precautions

1. The operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements in the manual to ensure the normal operation of the system.

2. The operation status of the control box shall be checked regularly, and the inspection cycle is one month.

3. Since the control box has high voltage input, it should be repaired by professionals.

4. In order to facilitate maintenance, maintenance personnel can judge the fault point according to the status of the indicator light, so as to inform us to restore the system as soon as possible.
