1、 Scope of application this procedure is applicable to the incoming inspection of all outsourced (purchased) parts of the complete set of equipment

2、 Reference standard this standard refers to the relevant provisions in the following standards: gb11022 general technical conditions for high voltage switchgear and gb2828-87 batch by batch inspection, counting, sampling procedure and sampling table

3、 Inspection procedure

1. This procedure is the basis for incoming inspection of outsourced (purchased) parts and has certain universality. In the inspection process, it shall be strictly implemented in combination with the requirements of technical standards, drawings and process documents.

2. Sampling plan:

For class A, IL = Ⅱ, AQL = 1.0 in gb2828-87

Class B: Il = S-4, AQL = 4.0 in gb2828-87

Class C: Il = S-3, AQL = 6.5 in gb2828-87
