Laibin Gymnasium

Laibin gymnasium is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Huaqiao Avenue and Laihua North Road in the North District of overseas Chinese investment zone of our city. The construction land of the project is 90 mu, with a total construction area of 27884.5 m2. The total investment of the project is about 310 million yuan. The construction of the museum started on May 8, 2010 and officially opened in December 2010.

    The total number of audience seats in the museum is 8000, including 6000 fixed seats and 2000 activity seats. It is equipped with large electronic display screen, professional sound and competition lighting facilities. It is a large gymnasium in the city. It can hold basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and other events, and can also undertake large-scale fairs, fairs and large-scale literary and artistic performances. The gymnasium has hosted many large-scale sports events and literary performances, such as the closing ceremony of the third Guangxi Sports Festival and the opening ceremony of the third Guangxi Wancun farmers' games, and the basketball game of the Guangxi district Party committee system.

   The completion of the Municipal Stadium project will become the carrier for Laibin city to undertake large-scale sports events, celebrations and cultivate excellent athletes, make up for the gap of modern large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in our city, not only improve the scale and grade of sports venues in our city, but also greatly improve the backward status of sports facilities in our city. After the completion of the project, it is conducive to the sharing of resources and the mutual promotion of competitive sports and national fitness activities. The museum also integrates sports with entertainment, culture, assembly, exhibition and other functions. The construction of the project makes up for the shortage of athletes' training hardware facilities in Laibin City, improves the training conditions, and greatly promotes the process of urban construction in Laibin city.
